Certifications and Formal Training

 

When I decided to have my placenta encapsulated, I searched for a fully trained and certified specialist. I believe the placenta is such a valuable organ that holds an amazing amount of potential but mishandled or prepared in an environment that is not safe nor sanitary can not only be hazardous to the person preparing the placenta but to the mother that will be ingesting it.

For these reasons, I have decided to get formally trained in the Arts of Placenta Preparation.

 

*I am certified and trained through the Association of Placenta Preparation Arts (APPA).

*I am also certified to meet IOSHA blood borne pathogens standard 29 CFR 1090.1030.

*I have completed a ServSafe Food Handlers course for the State of Texas.

*I am the ONLY placenta specialist in Houston who operates out of a freestanding commercial grade placenta preparation kitchen-the safest place for placenta processing.
